The Garden Route Giro entry fee covers all on-route essentials, daily lunch, access to the final night’s finisher function dinner, and one night of formal accommodation at the Wilderness Hotel following the last stage.

Accommodation and optional extras are not included in the entry fee and must be booked separately.

Should the participant cancel his/her entry/subscription, the following refunds shall apply:

In the event of cancellation due to death or hospitalization:

• No cancellation fee will be levied.
• Refunds up to 13 November 2025: 90% of entry fee.
• Refunds between 14 November to 13 February 2026: 50% of entry fee.
• Refunds between 14 February to 13 March 2026: 20% of entry fee.
• No refunds after 13 March 2026.
• Substitutions may be made (only until 13 March 2026): R650-00 per rider transferred.
• Entries cannot be carried over to the following year or any other future events.
• Please be aware: Only fully paid entries received by 13 February 2026 will qualify for event apparel.
